Compost

Our organic waste – with the exception of meat and poultry – is composted and used as a rich, natural fertilizer on the property. This helps to maintain the health of our grounds and gardens, by encouraging the growth of beneficial microorganisms that are essential to a healthy ecosystem. This also helps us reduce our overall waste output and limit the burden on the region's overstrained landfills.
